  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are eligible under the following circumstances:
      • Unsatisfactory service delivery that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards.
      • Service cancellation initiated within 30 days of the initial agreement, subject to terms and conditions.
  2. Refund Process
    • To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@eTechBird.com with details of the issue and relevant supporting documentation.
    • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with an approval or denial.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Refunds may take 7 business to reflect in your account.
  3. Non-Refundable Services
    • Certain services, such as consultancy, custom development work, or services rendered beyond the agreed-upon scope, may not be eligible for refunds. This will be clearly communicated during the service agreement.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    • If a service is canceled by the client after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to that point.
  5. Exceptions
    • eTechBird reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in special circumstances, as deemed appropriate.
